3. Inherit Farm/Inn: a character inherits either a farm or inn in town and have to uproot their lives
4. Quirky Townfolk: the townfolk are funny and interesting and definitely add a fun element to the story
5. Supernatural: for some reason, there's a lot of paranormal/supernatural/magical things happening in this seemingly random small town
6. Visiting Relatives: either the main character goes to visit relatives for some reason OR relatives come to visit
