Policies

PROCESSING TIME:

  • During regular shop operations, our processing time is about 5-10 business days 
  • Following a sale, our processing time will increase to 1-2 weeks
  • Following Black Friday, our processing time may be 2-3 weeks, but takes less than 2 weeks most years. Extra time may be needed due to order volume

PAYMENT

  • Payment is required before an item is shipped. Sales tax will be applied to any orders placed in Tennessee, to comply with state laws. 
  • We accept all major credit cards and Paypal.
  • We CANNOT retroactively apply a coupon code. 

CANCELLATIONS

  • Cancellations can be made within 24 hours if order production has not started. Any cancellations are at the owner's discretion.
  • ALL cancellations and refunds are subject to a restocking fee. 
  • There are NO cancellations during a sale. 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

  • Each product is checked before being sent out, however, we understand that sometimes mistakes do happen. If your stickers are hard to use or difficult to peel when they arrive to you, please send a message so we can work out either a replacement or a refund. Due to the handmade nature of our items, returns can only be made due to damaged/defective items.
  • Please note that with any issues of an order, we ask customers to email us at creatingandco@gmail.com within 30 days of an order. After 30 days, we will be unable to assist you.
  • ALL cancellations and refunds are subject to a restocking fee. 

ORDER CHANGES/COMBINING ORDERS

  • We are unable to make any changes to orders once they have already been submitted, including, but not limited to, adding or changing sheets. 
  • Due to order volume, we are unable to combine any orders when one order is made on a new release day or on a sale day.
  • If you wish to combine orders, you must email with BOTH order numbers as soon as you have submitted the second order. 
  • We CANNOT make any changes to your order (in regards to changing a kit format or exchanging one sheet for another) once you have submitted your order. 
  • We CANNOT retroactively apply a coupon code. 

DURING SALES

  • We cannot combine any orders during a sale with orders that have been placed within the sale time frame OR when one order has been placed before or after the sale time frame.
  • We cannot retroactively add any coupon codes to an order
  • There are NO cancellations made on any orders during a sale. 
  • Our processing time during sales increases to 2-3 weeks. 
  • Unused promo codes and/or shop credits will be deleted after 12 months unless previously arranged to retain them in our system. 

SHIPPING

  • We use USPS first class mail to ship all orders in a white photo rigid mailer. 
  • Each order will be shipped to the address provided by the customer. Creating & Co holds no responsibility if the provided address is incorrect. Any resends of orders due to an incorrect address are subject to an additional shipping charge.
  • If there have been delays in your tracking, please contact your local post office for assistance.
  • Orders are not considered lost until after 21 days have passed for domestic (US) orders and after 6 weeks for international orders. 
  • Creating & Co holds no responsibility once package is listed as delivered by USPS. 
  • Creating & Co holds no responsibility for any custom fees levied by your country. 
  • Any refunds given after the item has marked delivered, for whatever reason, will be less shipping as the shipping is concluded. 
  • Replacements due to damages obtained during shipping is at the owner's discretion
  • Orders of high volume may be shipped with a signature requirement upon receipt at no extra cost to the customer. This is an effort to prevent package theft at any point in the shipping process. 

CUSTOM ORDERS

  • Please email us with the contact form to request a custom order. We are able to create custom reading challenge pages and new functional stickers, but are not able to create custom weekly kits at this time.
