Hello everyone! I hope you’ve been having an amazing week. Are you doing anything fun this weekend? How do you celebrate Mother’s Day? We will be traveling to Ohio this weekend to visit my in-laws. I’ve never been there in May so I’m pretty excited! A vacation will be nice!
This week’s planner theme had to have some kind of floral element since both my mother & mother-in-law love flowers. BUT I also wanted it to have a bookish feel since I am participating in a Readathon this week! Have you ever participated in a Readathon? My first one was with Creating & Co back in February. It was so much fun!
This week I’m participating in the Buzzword Readathon or #buzzwordathon. The buzzword is ‘GIRL’. The challenge is to read as many books as you can during the week that have the word ‘GIRL’ in the title. I’m a slow reader, so I’m striving for three books (although I picked out EIGHT just in case!) I’m reading Fangirl, Me and Earl and the Dying Girl, & Two Girls Down. Leave a comment if you’ve read any of these! I’m loving Fangirl so far!
The next Readathon I plan on doing is right here at Creating & Co! It’s called the Summer Relaxathon (definitely my kind of theme!) You should join us! It’s gonna be a blast! Plus the shop has a ton of bookish type stickers & fun new products! I want that book tote bag so bad! Do you know the one I’m talking about?!
