This set comes with 1 4.75" x 6.75" sticker sheet made of our matte sticker paper. Each element is a separate sticker so you can make this reading challenge work in any planner! 

Instructions can be found on the image. The benefit of this challenge is that you can decide how many books you want to read and what they include.
